IR reads up to 932 ˚F) with an easy-to-read backlit LCD screen. A built-in laser gives you the precision to hone in on the exact surface you want to measure. whether it is a pizza stone. grill. or griddle; it will also identify any hot spots on the cooking surface. This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety. with an IPX3 water resistance rating. and the Hold button lets you see the temp easier. The calibration function adjusts the instant-read thermometer probe sensor back to the correct accuracy.
