The Affinity 25E Series Built-in Electric Grill by Evo provides a uniquely versatile grilling machine to enhance your indoor cooking experience. The complete heavy gauge 304 stainless steel construction ensures a long lasting and durable product designed to withstand the rigors of the kitchen while the dual zone electric heaters provide variable temperatures between 150 and 525 degrees Fahrenheit. The solid cooking surface is constructed from ceramic clad steel to provide a heavy duty cooktop that holds heat extremely well and is 25 inches in diameter to offer a robust 450 square inches of cooking surface all controlled by two burner knobs that control the inner and outer zones for edge to edge even heat. The stainless steel drip pan surrounds the cooking surface to manage and contain spillovers while the spillover trays located behind the right and left side of the control knobs are removable and dishwasher safe to provide a convenient and efficient cleanup. The digital electronic display provides simple On/Off and Mode functions. displays temperatures at both inner and outer cook surface zones for complete cooking control.
