Etta’s Salmon Recipe
Coat each fillet with 2 teaspoons for Rub with Love Salmon Rub.
· 6 Salmon Filets – 7-oz. Each
· 4 Tablespoons Rub with Love Salmon Rub
· 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Stove-Top Cooking:
Heat olive oil in a sauté pan. Cook salmon on both sides over medium heat. Watch carefully so rub does not burn. Reduce heat if necessary. Cook 6-9 minutes until done to your liking.
Charcoal Grilling:
Brush a little olive oil over the spice rubbed salmon. Grill covered over medium heat. Approximately 3-4 minutes each side. Watch carefully so that sugars in the rub do not burn. 6 servings

I don’t write reviews but I have to with this product. I’ve been grilling and cooking going on 30 years and whenever I make salmon there are many many different ways and very simple ways to make it taste great. However. if you want to get a 5 star review for your salmon you need to at least try this one time. I don’t cook salmon any other way and my family won’t let me.

Best Rub EVER!
I have been using the Tom Douglas Steak Rub for years on many items. Besides the obvious BBQ/Smoking I use the rub on baked potatoes. grilled veggies. dust french fires. add to chili and more. You will be amazed how versatile this rub is. Cannot recommend this rub highly enough!
