Yoder Smokers has introduced a gasket kit for their YS480 and YS640 Pellet Grills. responding to customer feedback. It’s important to note that this gasket kit is specifically designed for YS pellet grill models with stainless hinges. The welded hinges on these models are not adjustable. which means they cannot accommodate additional gasket material.

- (4) Stainless Steel Flat Head Phillips Screws. #10 x 3/4 Long
- (2) Seal Strip. 1/2 wide x 29 1/2 long
- (2) Seal Strip. 1/2 wide x 21 1/2 long
- Installation Instructions
*For the YS480. you will trim the 29 1/2 long strips to length.
